AltVision overview
AltVision generates suggested alt text by analysing images with AI vision models. Results can be helpful, but they can also be inaccurate or incomplete.
Usage Statistics
If you enable usage stats in the Privacy tab, we use a programme called PostHog to collect limited product telemetry to help improve reliability and usability. We do not enable session recording.
Billing, credits, and cancellations (Stripe)
- Payments and subscription management are handled through Stripe.
- You can cancel anytime via the Manage subscription button in the Account tab.
- Paid plan credits renew every month on your billing cycle.
Models and availability
- AltVision may change, replace, or remove AI models at any time.
- Outputs may vary across models, and the same image may produce different results over time.
Responsible use
- Avoid submitting sensitive or confidential information.
- You are responsible for how you use generated outputs, including verifying accuracy and ensuring they meet your accessibility requirements.
